Ingredients
Mixed Sprouts Pulao
- ¾ cup Rice
- 4 tbsp Sprouts Chickpeas
- 3 tbsp Sprouts Whole Moong
- 3 tbsp Sprouts Brown Mung Bean
- 2 tbsp Oil
- 1 tsp Cumin Seeds
- 1 Bay Leaf
- 2 Onion
- 2 Tomato
- 1 tbsp Green Chilli Ginger Paste
- ¼ tsp Turmeric Powder
- ½ tbsp Coriander Powder
- ¼ tsp Red Chili Powder
- ¼ tsp Biryani Masala
- 2 tbsp Clarified Butter
- Salt to Taste
- Fresh Coriander
- 1½ cups Water For cooking rice.
Cucumber Raita
- 1 cup Yogurt
- 1 Cucumber
- ¼ tsp Chaat Masala
- ¼ tsp Roasted Cumin Powder
- ¼ tsp Pepper Powder
- 1 tsp Black Salt
- 1 Green Chili
- Pinch Sugar
- Fresh Coriander
- Red Chili Powder

- Soak ¾ cup of rice for 30 minutes.
- Boil 4 tbsp sprouted brown chickpeas for 5 to 6 minutes.
- Add 3 tbsp of sprouted brown mung bean and 3 tbsp of sprouted whole moong, and boil them for a minute or two.
- Do not overboil; ensure you cook the sprouts well. Strain the mixture and keep it aside.
- Heat 2 tbsp of oil in a pan. Add one tsp of cumin seeds and one bay leaf, and saute.
- Add two sliced onions and saute them until golden in color.
- Add two chopped tomatoes and saute them for a minute or two.
- Cover, stir, and cook them on a low to medium flame until soft and tender.
- Add boiled sprouts, one tbsp of green chili-ginger paste, ¼ tsp of turmeric powder, ½ tbsp of coriander powder, ¼ tsp of red chili powder, ¼ tsp of biryani masala, and fresh coriander, and saute for a minute or two. Tip*- The spices will combine well with the mixture.
