  • 2 tbsp Roasted Peanuts Coarse
  • ¼ tsp Pepper Powder 
  • Half Lemon Juice
  • Rock Salt /Sendha Namak as per taste
  • Fresh Coriander

  • Grind coarsely ¾ cup of sama (Moriya / Barnyard Millet) rice.
  • Heat 1 cup of water in a pan. Add ½ tsp of cumin seeds, 1 tsp of white sesame seeds, 1 tbsp of green chili paste, 1 tbsp of ginger paste, and a few finely chopped curry leaves.
  • Stir well. Add some fresh coriander and bring it to a boil for about a minute.
  • Gradually add the ground sama rice into the pan, stirring continuously.
  • Add 1 tbsp of rajgira flour and mix all the ingredients well.
