- 1 Boiled Potato
- 1 tbsp Rajgira Flour
- ½ tsp Cumin Seeds
- 1 tsp White Sesame Seeds
- Few Curry Leaves Finely chopped
- 1 tbsp Green Chili Paste
- 1 tbsp Ginger Paste
- 2 tbsp Roasted Peanuts Coarse
- ¼ tsp Pepper Powder
- Half Lemon Juice
- Rock Salt /Sendha Namak as per taste
- Fresh Coriander

- Grind coarsely ¾ cup of sama (Moriya / Barnyard Millet) rice.
- Heat 1 cup of water in a pan. Add ½ tsp of cumin seeds, 1 tsp of white sesame seeds, 1 tbsp of green chili paste, 1 tbsp of ginger paste, and a few finely chopped curry leaves.
- Stir well. Add some fresh coriander and bring it to a boil for about a minute.
- Gradually add the ground sama rice into the pan, stirring continuously.
